Data Retention: Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the terms of the contract that the client has signed with AutoGrand, in line with the main purpose of their collection. The retention periods will fully comply with the term of the service contract signed with AutoGrand and the applicable legal framework.

Dissemination of Personal Data to Third Parties: AutoGrand does not transmit your personal data to any third party, except in cases where your express consent has been given. If you have given your consent to a third party for the collection of your personal data by AutoGrand, then AutoGrand is not responsible for the transfer of these data. For services accessed indirectly through third-party agents, such as bookings made via online platforms or search engines, or payments processed by intermediaries, please note that AutoGrand is not responsible for the content on third-party websites. AutoGrand reserves the right to change or modify this privacy policy, in response to any possible changes in legislation in the field of personal data protection and privacy.

Any information displayed on this website (image/text) about vehicles that are subsequently transferred to third parties, from our clients or suppliers, is for illustrative purposes only and does not represent our company, those individuals/entities, or their interests (e.g., brands, logos, third-party tools, services, etc.).
